Scenario A - Should the Testator be the first dying, he bequeaths his estate as follows

Scenario C - Should both the Testator and Testatrix die simultaneously, in circumstances where it cannot be ascertained whom was the first dying, where the survivor of them dies without leaving a further valid will or where both die within a period of 30 days of each other, the Testator and Testatrix bequeath their respective estates as follows

Kindly keep in mind that no joint estate exists between spouses married out of community of property, each spouse retains his / her separate estate, even in the instance of simultaneous death Scenario C only needs to be completed if bequeaths differ from Scenario A or Scenario B
